PHG Foundation The PHG Foundation is an independent policy research organisation that works to achieve the timely, responsible and effective translation of biomedical science (particularly genome-based knowledge and technologies) into improved health for individuals and populations. The Foundation was established in 2007 to continue and expand the work of the Public Health Genetics Unit.

Its membership is in excess of 1750 and includes a wide spectrum of clinical, laboratory and research disciplines.
